- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Worst hospice facility, If you truly love your loved ones DO NOT use them!! They are liars, and uncaring. They have the worst nurses, no bedside matter, my father was under crisis care with no nurse! - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Disappointed. They seem really disorganized. Told me they needed to take my mom into the facility to do a blood transfusion. Nurse said they'd bring her back in a day. Took three days. Also, very difficult to communicate by phone. No direct line into patients room and you get disconnected constantly while being transferred. They also say they'll have nurse call back with updates but they never do. They seem really short-staffed.July 27, 2017by Rachel Lutz
