  I do not recommend this clinic for vein treatment. I called for a quote to have my varicose veins treated which was reasonable and the receptionist was kind and friendly. However, once I made my appointment, everything went downhill. The cost I was quoted was no where near the actual cost of the procedure they told me I would need, it was thousands of dollars more which was told to me after my initial consultation which itself was very expensive. I decided that it was so important for me to have my varicose veins treated after years of pain and discomfort and their unsightly appearance. I scheduled the procedure but that was a huge mistake and I regret trusting the doctor and her staff after their gross exaggeration of the cost of the procedures. The second red flag was how nervous the nurse was when I went in for my procedure, I wasn't sure why she was acting so strange and anxious. I found out on the operating table when they told me I was only getting half of the procedures that I needed and if I wanted everything done, I would have to pay an additional two thousand dollars. I couldn't believe my ears. I asked if I could leave right then and there and get my money back but since they had already set up for surgery, the answer was NO and I would have spent three thousand dollars for nothing. I didn't know what to do, I was so upset and disappointed in myself for trusting these women who clearly just wanted as much money from me as possible. My husband told me I should get the proper treatment and procedure that I deserved to fix my legs so I agreed to pay the money and have everything done then and there. That was the final mistake. Here I am, three months later and my legs look terrible. The varicose veins are back, my left leg doesn't even look like I had anything done to it at all. I can't believe I threw away six thousand dollars. The fact that three women, Dr. Navarro, her nurse Marie and her receptionist Midialys could take advantage of another woman in so much pain and discomfort is very disheartening and upsetting. Please don't make the same mistakes I did.

  Dr. Navarro and her staff are very friendly and she is very knowledgeable. This was my third visit for the treatment of my spider veins. I would highly recommend her practice. .
