- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪UNPROFESSIONAL, DECEPTIVE, and DISHONEST !! I have been with Allstate for years and was thrilled with my agent Erica Clark. Since this agency was sold, this agency has fallen apart! Among many issues, they do not return phone calls, they change policies without notice and bill you for the difference, and have absolutely no real knowledge or experience in dealing with any type of insurance!
