  Called to schedule an appointment as a first time paitent and was treated like a child by the very rude receptionist named Lindsay. I was chastied because due to no fault of my own my insurance card doesnt specify wether its a hmo or ppo plan. So lindsay in a rude manner proceded to keep telling me its my responsibility to call my insurnace to figure out if i need a pre authorization. I told her i didnt like her attitude and said to cancel and she pretty much hung up on me. If this is the poor quality i recieve over the phone i can only imagine what kind of care ill receive if i chose to see anyone at this practice. Needless to say i won't be coming in and if any doctors here do read this should reconsider who is in charge of the phone.
