  If I can prevent just one person from making the same mistake I made, is the reason for this review. I'm a cancer survivor and my reason for going was to get my gums and an infected tooth looked at after the radiation. I picked the office b/c of all the good reviews. They are not true, read the 4 bad ones, they are true. He did pull my tooth and that infection is gone, He has NO dental Hygienist, he does it himself and I have had far better. The whole time he is asking how do I like it, will I write a good review, talks about himself and family the whole time instead of listening to my issues. I signed paper work to get an implant b/c he wanted to give me a permanent bridge, the reason why I have 3 other implants. Very outdated, took only 4 X-rays with no computer to look at b/c he doesn't know how to use it! The price was quoted, and I said yes for the implant. I get a call the next day that it's an extra 400 dollars for the flipper, I said OK. Then I get another call telling me that the parts for the implant will be more b/c they have to get parts???! He tells me an idiotic story that him and his wife are retiring in a trailer? why? condescending! I have never been to a dentist office that did not have a place to rinse your mouth. Having to actually get up and use a sink on a counter top. The chair is falling apart when I went to lift arm to get out. Now I'm going elsewhere and start from scratch to get an implant. No professionalism and a broken down office, with nothing state of the art. BTW Doc, no need to respond to my review with your lame excuses. Again, you don't listen. I have a big whole in my mouth that you pulled a tooth, that's fine. My complaint is the implant I requested instead of your cheesie bridge, that's how I got 3 other implants. they destroyed 2 perfectly good teeth! You quoted me a price and then you kept jacking it up b/c you were not doing the implant, you other doc was! I had not given you the 5 star review. At 65 you should be thinking about retiring since you don't even know how to log on into a computer. Time for you to go to the "trailer home" you talked about, and forget remodeling. You need new pipes for the sink you don't have! and you don't have digital imaging! You took my money for your dental plan for 125 dollars and another 200 for the tooth being pulled! I would say you owe ME!
