- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪This doctors office violated the HIPPA law and my privacy.While already having an issue with waiting w months for 3 meds to be authorized because they never sent off doctor notes to insurance forgeting about other meds. To follow up on the issue,i called and spoke to office manager who said she would call me back, knowing I was using another individuals cell phone I told her to call my cell back. But instead she had a assistant call the individuals cell phone back speaking to that person who told her I wasn't around, leaving a detailed message specific to my care! I was furious but this office has done nothing about my complaint but I made a complaint with insurance and speaking with an attorney. Don't go here!November 01, 2017by sorelle byrd
- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪It took me 25 calendar days to make a single medical certification. And the staffs/nurses there didn't keep the promise to me that they would call me when the certification is ready. Finally, I had paid all my patience and could not wait anymore then I went there without any phone notification after 25 calendar days since certification applied.
