- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪While I am extremely satisfied with the recent service I received as a new patient, unfortunately my good experience has been altered. The level of professionalism from the front desk staff is very disheartening and I'm very dissatisfied at how I was spoken to and how my appointment setting was handled. I think it would benefit this office to train the front desk personnel on how to handle paying customers and how to deliver top-notch customer service despite their own personal aggravation. All and all, I am on the fence on whether I would I like to continue being a customer, because I did appreciate the services rendered - yet my recent encounter with this office trumps my overall experience.July 18, 2017by Alexandria
