- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪This review is a tough one to do but Betty in Billing is a difficult/ argumentative person and refuse to listen when I phoned. I had to ask her to be quiet while I stated the reason for my call. My husband got his eye done ( iridotomy by laser) this went well and we were very happy with the service of this office. Upon leaving ( check out) we were charged and amount that was reasonable. Then asked the gal at the counter" will there be further charges or is this the total cost?" her response was " yes this is all you will not receive anything/bill in the mail. Cool. Well guess what...... we get a bill for $254.38 in addition to not showing what we paid. HMM not good business practice. So I phoned billing and Betty started by , well let's say she did not start by listening , just you owe $254.38!!!! I will be pursuing the BBB on this one. Sorry we will not be returning thanks to BETTY and the double billing.March 20, 2017by Suzy Long
