  From the time I stepped through the door until I left, I was treated with extremely friendly help and exceptional medical care for my eyes. Dr. Mittleman gave me full information at the end of my exams, and it turns out that previous doctors in other practices had not shared all the info with me. It was a pleasure dealing with this practice, very glad I found it! By the way, Charles is a great first welcome at the reception desk! And Mariana had me laughing even when a test was making me nervous. What a pleasure this staff is.

  I had such a positive experience from the minute I went in to this marvelous office to the minute I came out of it! Jackie checked me in, Ashley was the super nice technician to examine me and of course Dr Mittleman was very professional. Jorge checked me out and made my next appointments; after that I was with Frank the optical manager. Five stars for all of them and the whole experience!

  11/9/2017 Today's visit was pleasant. Jackie checked me in. Mariana did the vision peripheral test. Joe did the optic nerve pictures. Dr. Luzon diagnosed me. Jorge checked me out. Also a lady at the front desk signed me in when the touch pad check in system did not work. I felt that this facility values the customer relationship. 12/28/2016 When Dr. Luzon sees me, he wants to see me again in 6 months. But when Dr. Mittleman sees me, he wants to see me again in 1 year. Why is it different? My copay is $50; it's not cheap. It sometimes bothers me that I have to see them often. Sometimes 3 visits in a week. The glasses at the shop inside the eye center is expensive. I usually purchase my glasses online by punching in my RX values. They said they will give me $25 credit when I write an online review about them. I wrote one but I did not receive a confirmation, which they said is necessary to get the $25 discount. They said they will talk to their supervisor and take care of it by my next visit. But they did not. I had to fill out another online review while I was waiting for the doctor. This new review didn't get posted, and I had to do the 3rd online review. It is on my smartphone screen but it is not on their PC screen, and they said they cannot accept it. It is a small thing but it irritates me, how they treat me.
